The Ulverston Foodbank is based at Bethany and is open for 2 hours on both a Monday and Thursday. Everyone who comes to the foodbank for emergency food needs to have a valid foodbank voucher.

In order to provide the most appropriate help for the circumstances of your situation the foodbank works with local agencies. If they feel you are struggling to put food on the table, they will issue you with a foodbank voucher.

Once you have been issued with a voucher, you can exchange this for a minimum of three days of emergency food at your nearest foodbank centre, there are othere connected centres at Barrow and Millom.
